Personal data is processed pursuant to Section 8 of the Personal Data Act for the purpose of managing, developing and analyzing customer relationships and business relationships, customer communication, marketing planning and targeting, customer service development, and business planning and monitoring. The personal data contained in the register may be used by means permitted by law for Nature Escape's own direct advertising, distance selling or other direct marketing, opinion or market research or other comparable addressed mailings, and customer communication, also using electronic means.

The basis for processing personal data is the consent given by the data subject to the processing of personal data.

The person gives this permission when booking or purchasing services from the website, subscribing to a newsletter and/or by providing their contact information to a Nature Escape employee.

The information in the register may be used in Nature Escape's own register for targeting advertising without disclosing personal data to external parties (e.g. Facebook). Nature Escape may also use partners to maintain customer and service relationships if it wishes. Some of the register data may be transferred to the partner's servers due to technical requirements. The data is processed only for the purpose of maintaining the customer relationship through technical interfaces.

Nature Escape has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically prohibits it. A list refers to, for example, mailing labels for direct advertising.
