The customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions when booking Nature Escape's services via the online booking system or by email/phone. These terms and conditions apply to the experience services offered by the company and any agreed ancillary services. The terms and conditions become binding on the parties when the parties have agreed to organize an event, either by accepting the offer or by other agreement, e.g. by email or phone. An exchange of correspondence confirming this is sufficient for acceptance. We reserve the right to change our booking terms and conditions. The customer must familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions in force at any time before ordering.

Nature Escape Oy sells experience services tied to a specific time to private individuals, companies and organizations through its booking system. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. We apply dynamic pricing to experience services, so prices may vary depending on the time and destination.

A reservation is made in the Nature Escape booking system and becomes binding when a booking confirmation is sent to the email address you provided when booking. Sending a confirmation message requires that you provide a valid email address when ordering. The message includes an email address from which you can ask for additional information or give feedback on the booking, and where you can cancel or change the booking if necessary. . The booking entitles you to an experience activity at the time stated in the booking for a fee.

​All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested when booking is used to make the booking or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise, as well as to provide essential information regarding the booking (e.g. cancellations). When making and paying for a booking through the booking system, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in force at that time.

The customer group must equip themselves with suitable weather-appropriate clothing and outdoor shoes for outdoor activities. The booker must remind participants to bring any necessary personal medication and inform the service provider of any necessary health-related factors before the start of the experience. Information about any allergies, special diets or physical limitations must be provided to the service provider at least one week before the time of booking.

If the customer group violates, damages or acts contrary to the instructions given regarding the service equipment, Nature Escape Oy has the right to invoice the customer group for the costs incurred due to negligence. The experience service of an intoxicated person or group may be interrupted by the instructor if necessary, if the situation is perceived to be threatening or dangerous.

Insurances

In events organized by Nature Escape Oy, customers must have their own insurance, either through their company or as a private individual. Our liability insurance only covers damages that occur to employees.

The service provider's liability insurance for activities is considered to begin when the group is received and ends when the direct activity ends. Participation in all activities is voluntary. If the event involves the use of third-party facilities or services (hotel or similar catering, meeting or sauna) that are not managed by the service provider, the third party is responsible in this regard.

Check the existence of your group's accident insurance and its coverage from your company regarding the content, duration, arrival and departure of the event. If your group does not have valid accident insurance covering the event and its content, we can, if you wish, insure your participants with a separate agreement.

The price of accident insurance consists of the number of participants, the type of activity, and the scope and content of the desired insurance. We will take out event-specific insurance for those who do not have their own insurance or whose insurance is inadequate. The insurance will be added to the price of the experience.

​Payment Methods

You can pay for the experience offered by Nature Escape immediately when booking online, on site before the experience starts or afterwards by invoice.

When you book the experience directly through the website's booking system, the experience is paid for immediately and the booking system adds a 6% booking fee to the total price. If you do not want to pay for your reservation in advance, you can make a reservation by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +358 45 205 4263.

On-site payment methods include the most common payment cards, Izettle payment link and Smartum, Edenred and E-pass mobile applications/cards. We no longer accept vouchers from the above.

If you want to pay by invoice, please provide your billing information with a reference when making the reservation. We charge a €10 billing surcharge for invoicing. We prefer online invoices.​

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, transfers or changes to group size must be made free of charge at least 14 days before the booked date. For reservations cancelled later, we charge 50% of the reservation price. If cancellations or changes to group size are reported less than 7 days before the booked date or the group does not arrive, we will charge the entire reservation amount. Cancellations can be made by email to [email protected] or by phone +358 45 205 4263.

If you cancel within the terms and conditions above and have paid for the reservation in advance, the payment will be refunded in full to the payer within 5 business days.

Our experiences are mainly organized outdoors in a natural environment and the normal cancellation conditions also apply, for example, in rainy weather, in which case the experience will be carried out normally in a natural environment or indoors if possible.

The cancellation conditions are only waived in cases of Force Majeure, in relation to natural phenomena that may cause danger, by submitting a medical certificate or other reliable report to Nature Escape Oy within 14 days of notification. In these cases, the experience can be moved to a new date free of charge.

Nature Escape Oy is not liable for delays and damages caused by an obstacle beyond its control (Force Majeure), which it cannot reasonably be expected to have taken into account and the consequences of which it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. Nature Escape does not compensate for any inconvenience or expenses that may be caused to the customer due to natural conditions, such as insects, animals, winter storms or unexpected weather changes.

Disagreement cases

Notice in case of disagreements in accordance with the provision added to the Consumer Protection Act on January 9, 2016:

  • If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

  • Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local register office's consumer advice service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

  • For sales contracts concluded online, it is also possible to use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
